Day 1 - Arrival in Chennai - Tirupati

Your Tirupati starts with your arrival in Chennai. Our tour representative will meet you and greet you at the Chennai Airport or railway station. He will pick you up for the onward journey. Board the vehicle and proceed towards Tirupati. En route, you will visit Srikalahasti Temple, which is dedicated to Lord Shiva. One of the most popular temples of Lord Shiva, Srikalahasti Temple is famous for its Vayu Linga, one of the Panchabhoota Sthalams, representing wind. The inner part of the temple was constructed around the 5th century, however, the outer part of the temple was constructed in the 11th century by Rajendra Chola I. Offer prayers to Lord Shiva and seek blessings. Later, head towards Tirupati.

Upon your arrival, you will have an assisted transfer to the pre-booked hotel. Complete the check in formalities and unwind. The evening will be at your leisure. You can choose to stay in your room or take a stroll near the resort and explore the city.

Day 2 - Tirumala Sightseeing Tour

Post breakfast, you will head towards the sightseeing tour of Tirupati. Firstly, you will visit Tirumala, which is a quaint town situated 22 km from Tirupati. Tirumala is a hill town that is home to Sri Venkateswara Temple, which is dedicated to Lord Venkateswara, a form of Lord Vishnu. The temple is also known by other names including Tirumala Temple, Tirupati Temple, and Tirupati Balaji Temple. Here you can marvel at the Dravidian architecture of the temple and is believed to be constructed over a period of time starting from 300 AD. The temple is one of the eight Vishnu Swayambhu Kshetras and is listed as 106th and the last earthly Divya Desam. You will visit Tirupati Balaji Temple in the morning and seek blessings from Lord Vishnu.

Later, you will visit Padmavathi Temple, which is dedicated to Goddess Padmavathi, the consort of Lord Venkateswara. She is believed to be the incarnation of Goddess Lakshmi. Offer your prayers in the temple and then head towards Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy Temple. This ancient temple is also dedicated to Lord Venkateswara and is one of the centrally protected monuments of national importance. After seeking blessings at the temple you will visit Kapila Theertham, which is a popular Saivite Temple. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, Kapila Theertham is perched at the entrance of the mountain cave There is a huge stone statue of a seated bull Nandi, Shiva's steed greets devotees and passersby at the entrance to the temple. There is a magnificent waterfall located at the end of the temple. You can spend some peaceful time at the waterfall in the serene environs.

After the sightseeing tour of Tirupati, return to the hotel in the evening. Have a toothsome dinner at the hotel and enjoy a sound sleep in your cozy bed.

Day 3 - Tirupati - Chennai Departure

This is the last day of the Tirupati tour. Have a hearty meal at the hotel and then pack your bags. Complete the check out formalities and proceed for Chennai. On arrival, you will have an assisted transfer to the Chennai Airport or railway station for your onward journey.
